Scott Price in the Servoice Dept.took care I made an appointment with for Factory recall On my 2018 Lincoln MKX. My arrival was late but he was very cordìal. Got me check in and with pickup he was very helpful. I appreciated Customer Service and taking care of explaining what was done. Offered the free car wash .I will definitely come to him in the future with my Vehicle. They make service easy. I was able to drop off my wife’s vehicle for an oil change / tire rotation and they delivered it to her after washing it! If you’re looking for an easy experience look no further than Lewis
