Friendly & helpfu
Purchased car from another dealership in Texas & was having trouble with both my keys. Service department took the time to check out both fobs & get them working again. Also checked my automatic light control to make sure it was working properly. Will purchase my next Jeep from them!!

De Queen Auto Group has a very unique staff in the fact that everyone I have been in contact with seems to truly care about the customer. Everyone from the boss to the little guy are willing to go the extra mile to help in any way possible. My husband gained his wings almost three years ago and this dealership is always eager to help me any way possible from service to purchasing a new vehicle. Sometimes, I have to "just pop in" without an appointment and never have I been turned away. We have been loyal customers of De Queen Auto Group for more years than I remember and they just keep improving. Until I no longer am able to drive, my plan is to remain a customer.
