So far it’s been my experience the service department doesn’t want to work. They hang up the telephone when I call to schedule an appointment, if I leave a message they don’t return my calls in a timely manner. When I have had service done they don’t have any loaners but expect to keep my vehicle for days even with an appointment. I have offered to leave a deposit so they can have the part ready for my appointment and they couldn’t do this either. It seems like since they are the only dealer and Ford service in the area they treat customers like we don’t matter. I have been using other shops and out of town dealers instead. Thank you Alexander Ford for your crappy customer service.

POOR SERVICE and TIME INEFFICIENT I am a regular client. I had an appointment for change oil only by 10 AM. I arrived on time, it was so frustrating on my part that I've been waiting for (3) three hours. Admin, kindly do some appropriate action to address this issue under service department.

On the 14 March 2024 I called Alexander Ford, to get my 2020 ford F450 serviced. They said come in early cause the get really busy. Showed up 0630hrs, parked in the wrong spot in the quick lub and went inside. Truck has full warranty ++. I told them where the truck was, told them I would move it. Service guy said don't worry we take care of it. At 0930hrs they call my name, truck done and they washed it. I am a full time RVer from Ontario Canada. I was abit shock they washed it, cause that was my next stop. They changed some filters that I was told from other dealers weren't cover. Looking at the time, one may think 3hrs that quite awhile. They had fresh coffee on, the sitting area was awesome. To be honest it didn't free like a long time to me(but I am retired lol). They explained the report on my truck, to me and sent me on my way. The truck looked amazing, black is hard to clean, so hats off to Alexander Ford. Excellent experience will definitely be back next year. Thanks Again
