I was contacted by this dealership saying they just got a brand new truck in, and they thought of me since I had been shopping for a few weeks. Again, they contacted me, I finally comitted to go in and see the truck. They decided to put a leveling kit on it and some new wheels and tires. Not my idea, but wasnt completely against it either. It racked up the price of the truck significantly above what i agreed to pay. Took them a week to give me actual numbers. Tired of looking and playing phone tag, I finally agreed to buy the truck. So, while I was sitting at the dealership signing papers for a brand new truck, literally in The middle of the buying process.... this dealership was letting everyone and their dog drive the truck around while I'm waiting to finalize. I sat in there for 3 hours before i finally talked to someone after signing the first wave of papers. Told them i was going to head home to meet my kids as they were getting out of school. Needless to say, I ended up leaving without the truck and waited for 3 days before I finally called the dealership and told them to stop the whole process. It was exhausting and I couldn't do it anymore. I'll never step foot in that dealership again. Worst customer service ever, communication is horrible. I've never spent so much time at a dealership and walk away empty handed. It's usually 2 hour process tops... this was days.... almost 2 full weeks.
