This is my family's six vehicle through Peoria Ford over the past few years, I purchased my first brand new vehicle November 8th 2025 I've always bought used through them. Never did I think I could get a brand new vehicle with payments I was comfortable with. my sales person with Serena she is a wonderful salesperson goes above and beyond and does not make you feel pressured. I have never had a bad experience through Peoria Ford their sales tactics are so much different than other car dealerships. Serena is a hard worker and she will fight for what you want. I highly recommend her and I highly recommend Peoria Ford.

So far I have been pretty happy with Peoria Ford. My rear bumper step had a gouge in it when I first purchased it. Talked with Beverly and Josh and they took care of it free of charge. I’ve worked with Josh on some smaller items as well. My hope is Peoria Ford will continue to provide good customer service going forward!
