We purchased a 2025 Explorer ST.
We purchased a 2025 Explorer ST. What a great car. Runs great, handles great, and the sound system is like a high-end home fidelity system. I didn't walk in Bradley Ford with the intent to buy one, but I am glad I did. First, I would like to thank Ali. He was the guy that greeted us in the parking lot and was an enjoyable sole to talk to. We had no plans to buy the Explorer, but what can I say, he made me feel good about looking at the different models. Ali handed us over to our salesman, Shane. Shane was full of answers and a willingness to show us and drive several models. The ST sold me. There was no question about it. The purchase was orchestrated by Dante and Shane, and they just made it happen. We went in and told them what we wanted to do, the amounts we were willing to spend, and they made it happen. I can honestly say this, if and when I need to purchase another car, I will be stopping at Bradley Ford in Lake Havasu first.

Sold me a new truck.
Sold me a new truck. We signed all the paperwork and they dropped it off. Two days later they call me and tell me I owe them $2000 more due to a paperwork error. Very unprofessional. Not recommended at all.
