Had the satisfaction of returning to Long-Lewis Ford River Region for an adjustment on my transmission! The service was exceptional and satisfying! Thanks to Chris Newell for greeting me as I walked in and taking care of my appointment! Casey went out of his way to address a concern of mine on anther issue and eased my concerns! Alicia took care of my rental, as well! Five stars for all 3 attendants! I love their attention to details! Great idea with this evaluation! Everyone goes out of their way for the customer’s experience! Thank you!

Big truck service is second to none.

Big truck service is second to none. Small truck problem turned into a bigger problem but the guys in the service dept. got it handled in the best time possible. Couldn't ask for any more. Definitely would recommend them for any repairs needed and will use them again if needed.
