At first I was very pleased with purchasing my F-150 .
At first I was very pleased with purchasing my F-150 . But I send several friends and family to buy vehicles on the promise that Stivers’s would send bird dog checks for the people I sent to purchase vehicles. Now I call Refa Islam and all I get is a text reading I’ll call you back shortly but no call. Very disappointed will send no other business

I turned in my car on the morning of Halloween, and was told someone would call me in the coming days with information about the repair that was needed. I was never contacted about my car. I called once, the week after I'd dropped it off, and was told they were waiting on a quote for a part. I was never called back. After two weeks in the shop, I called again and was told I was finally able to pick it up, and that the price of my repair would be upwards of $700 (for a new purge valve). I pulled my car from Stivers and had it fully repaired within two days for a fraction of that cost. Stivers was terrible, and while the attendants were very kind and helpful when I was in the building, the lack of communication and the complete gauging of prices is ridiculous. Please, take your business elsewhere.

As a Volunteer Fire Department, we need reliable vehicles and trustworthy partners. We recently tried to order a new F-250 from Stiver's Ford, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. We will not be back. We went to them with a clear list of needs. We are a rural department, so the Fx4 package was a mandatory, non-negotiable item. We needed a diesel for power, room for tools and a water tank, and the ability to haul it all. The problems started with the ordering process. Instead of a clear build sheet, the sales rep gave us a cryptic spreadsheet full of codes and prices. He "walked us through it," telling us things like "if you get this package, that one is included" and "you don't need to add this, it's already in there." We specifically requested a Red or White truck, and he flat-out told us no, saying we could only order black or Ford would "kick out" the order. We trusted his guidance as the expert. We then waited 5 months. After finally getting the measurements and specs from them, I placed the order for our custom water tank and pump. A week later, the dealer calls in a panic, saying the truck has been on their lot so long that Ford is charging them, and I needed to come get it immediately. I went to pick it up, and the whole experience felt rushed, like they just wanted it off their lot. The truck wasn't even properly cleaned, and it had just enough fuel for me to get to a gas station. As I looked it over, I immediately noticed it was completely wrong. There was NO Fx4 package. This was our single most important requirement. It had standard street tires, not the all-terrain tires we discussed. It had no upgraded shocks and no under-armor skid plates. No locking differentials. When I confronted the rep, his only excuse was, "Well, I ordered what was on the sheet." This is the same sheet he told us how to fill out, the one with codes we couldn't understand and were assured included everything we needed. His "solution"? He told us we could just order a new truck and wait all over again. After a lot of arguing, he went "up the chain" and came back with a terrible offer. He said they could install the upgraded shocks, but at an high additional cost. They weren't going to do anything about the missing Fx4 (like the locking differential) or the under-armor. To make matters worse, when the extra parts we had to order for them to install finally came in, they tried to charge us even more labor for installation, even after the labor was supposedly wrapped into the initial (and already high) cost he quoted us. I requested that labor be refunded and we took it elsewhere to have it installed. We are a volunteer fire department running on community funds. Stiver's Ford completely disregarded our critical needs, misled us during the ordering process, delivered the wrong vehicle, and then tried to gouge us to partially fix their mistake. We cannot recommend them to anyone, especially not to other first-responder agencies who depend on their vehicles to function. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
