I made an appointment mid-Dec to being my car in Dec 29
I made an appointment mid-Dec to being my car in Dec 29 for an issue and new battery. I live 2 hours away from Mobile. I left the car on Sun night and was told the service dept was short staffed and behind because of Christmas holidays. My car was never touched so i picked it up on Tues at 3 pm to travel back home. The service writer did not even have the decency to bring me my key. He told a young lady it was laying on the counter. Never again will I ho yo this service dept nor purchase a vehicle from them. Long-Lewis in Prattville gladly made my repair and installed a new battery. AutoNation in Mobile could learn customer service skills from this Ford dealer!
