They are great when you are buying their vehicles but

They are great when you are buying their vehicles but when it hits the service department, it is all over. I brought my vehicle in once for transmission issues and two weeks later I received my vehicle back. This time, I have three manufacturer defects that needed to be fixed and dropped it off at the dealership at my appointed time. You would think they would offer me a vehicle considering they are 4 days behind in work? Nope! A simple request denied can really upset a customer. Hopefully I’ll get my vehicle back within a week. I’ll update when I get more information. Please say yourself the headache and frustration and go somewhere else!

TL;DR: A simple repair turned into a month-long ordeal

TL;DR: A simple repair turned into a month-long ordeal due to poor communication, repeated mistakes, and a lack of accountability. I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service I've received. A simple service appointment for my truck turned into a 30-day ordeal, and it's still not resolved. The communication has been abysmal. After being told my truck would be ready several times, I had to repeatedly follow up with my service advisor, only to be told the same thing again. It wasn't until I pushed for answers that he finally admitted a technician broke a part and the replacement is on a nationwide backorder. On top of the delay, the service department failed to perform two essential technical service bulletins (TSBs) specific to my VIN. They also repeated a repair for a recurring issue that has already failed twice before. When I finally escalated the situation and reached the service manager, he promised to follow up with me in two days, but it's been three days and I still haven't heard from anyone. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking. This dealership has shown a complete disregard for my time and has repeatedly failed to provide the most basic level of customer and technical service. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
