Jarus and the entire staff once again exceeded my expectations. From the negotiation of a price for the trade-in all the way through the closing of the deal, they were completely fair and transparent. There was no pressure, and Jarus worked diligently to be patient with me as I figured out exactly which vehicle I wanted and helped find the vehicle that best met our needs. For me the best indication of quality service is the interaction after the sale. After the deal was done and the money exchanged hands, Jarus was still available to make sure that I was happy and assisted me in adding accessories to our vehicle it was a smooth and seamless experience.
