Purchased 2025 F-150 Platinum on December 6, 2025.
Purchased 2025 F-150 Platinum on December 6, 2025. Multiple cosmetic defects from dealer’s handling acknowledged by GM but remain unresolved after 3+ weeks. While waiting with their driver for a return call from sales manager regarding repair options, corporate office representative (Kelly) called and falsely accused me of ‘holding their driver hostage’ and ‘refusing to return loaner keys.’ She threatened that ‘someone is going to go to jail.’ We were simply waiting for a promised callback. I filed a police report to document this false accusation and intimidation attempt. Additionally: Still missing warranty documentation. Temp tags expired 12/26/24, still no registration received - truck is now illegal to drive. Dealership uses intimidation tactics against customers, fails to repair acknowledged damage, and fails to complete basic sale requirements. Avoid
