Faulkner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

They were initially polite, bought a car and ever since I have been unable to speak to anyone with questions that I have had for over 3 months. Everytime I call I receive no answer and when I leave VM's I never receive a return call. I live over an hr away and I expected more from a dealership that sold me a vehicle. I get the receptionist every once in a while, she transfers me to finance and they never answer. I have left AT LEAST 10 VM's requesting a call back going back to about October/November time frame and still no communication. It's unacceptable and upsetting. I don't recommend anyone to trust them with their sales or money or time.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I purchased a 2024 Jeep from this dealership, and it has been a nightmare ever since. I have never received my car title, and despite calling over 20 times since August, I have never gotten a call back. I’ve left multiple messages for Jack (the president), Shane and Gray (managers), and Nickolas (finance manager) — no one ever follows up. My car even started having mechanical problems, and when I called to ask for help, I was ignored again. It’s too far to drive there, but I’ve done everything I can to reach them. The receptionist even admitted she doesn’t understand why no one answers calls! It has been over 90 days, and they still haven’t turned in my paperwork to the bank. Their customer service is absolutely terrible once you’ve made the purchase — they’re only friendly when trying to make a sale. I’ve already reported this dealership to the proper authorities. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I am pleased with the overall experience I had with Faulkner purchasing my new 2026 Ram truck. My salesman Zach “Beans” Hebb was especially considerate of my needs and helped guide me toward the perfect truck. He was in contact with me every step of the way to be sure he was meeting my needs. Zach was patient with me and understand how important it was for me to get the right truck at the right price. I felt as though my needs and requests were met by the whole team involved with my purchase. I liked the selection and ease of finding the trucks out on the lot.
