Trey Rogers is as crooked as they come. Be careful when dealing with him or his staff. They have proven nothing they promise can be counted on. TRADE Documents have been forged to complete a sale that should never have occurred. I contacted the BBB of Shreveport Bossier however Lander’s did not respond to any recommendation from the BBB. Their recommendation was that I retain an attorney. Who has money for that. I have contacted the finance company to get help with no support from them. There was a brief investigation on the part of the finance company. But they ultimately refused to provide any assistance. I sent documents to them proving the fact that Landers took my money for down payment forged trade documents and never returned my car after placing it in service for a promised repair. It is truly pathetic how these large companies are able violate the laws and regulations with no oversight or consequences. Trey Rogers should be prosecuted for forgery and theft.

The Lady who I spoke with about my Jeep Gladiator Dashboard Cluster Repair. She needs to be Retrained for Customer Service. Her Attitude is Ridiculous. I would Drive a 1000 miles out of town before I’d have Her And Her Department work on Anything of mine. And Landers Jeep has no Worry about ever Dealing with my Jeep or My Money.

If I could give them a lower rating I would, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS, go elsewhere!!! I dropped my car off for a recall issue and they told us it would only take 24 hours. Well after 48 we contacted them, Mason told us he would call us back. He did, about seven hours later with an update of, it will be ready tomorrow morning. The lady answering the phone in the service dept kept me on hold for greater than ten minutes, I ended the call. I called back and asked for the general manager, he nor any of his xxxx poor management staff called me back. Communication cost absolutely nothing and so few people use it and others don’t give a xxxx about it. Please help me get this review to home office!
