I bought a new 2019 RAM truck.

I bought a new 2019 RAM truck. It took over 4 hours of 'haggling' to finally arrive at a price, but what was worse was that it took over 4 hours to PICK UP the truck at a later date. Not a pleasant experience. The ONLY service work was when the 'check engine' light came on. It cost me $180 for them to tell me what was wrong and over $1800 of parts and labor and it still wasn't fixed. They had to call the manufacturer who suggested they check they wiring. The service dept. found some corroded wires which they cleaned up and the truck was fine. I still had to pay the $1980 for parts that it doesn't appear that it needed. I will never do business with thi dealership again.

Bought a used car from them and it was the worst decision

Bought a used car from them and it was the worst decision ever. The car had some permanent codes due to a faulty aftermarket exhaust install and was tuned for 93 octane. Neither of these issues were disclosed and in fact, they cleared the active codes to sell me a car with no visible issues. The morning after purchase, the permanent codes threw check engine light and they refused to help it cover repair costs. That is on top of the warranty I purchased for $6,000. The fix is a whole new exhaust system, fuel pumps, catalytic converters, and a new oxygen sensor install. Their were also random knocks and ticks that would show up after I drove for a while that I never could have discovered in a short test drive. Worst dealership I've ever seen. Runn from the lying crooks as fast as you can.

Absolutely horrible customer experience. My engine failed at just over 100K miles due to a CAM Rocker arm manufacturers defect. I bought an extended warranty which I was told the 60K would stack on top of 60K manufacturers warranty by sales and finance. Not only would Sam Leman Morton not honor the extended warranty they did nothing to discount the manufacturers defect with class action lawsuit (see link below). I called Dodge and they communicated they could not find a report of Sam Leman filling a claim even though Brian Langley (service director Sam Leman) told me he did.
