Brought my 2017 Patriot in for 2 issues. The estimate, which included new brakes, didn’t ask for that came to over $3000. Fine, I get it, you need to make money. I only got one of the issues fixed, the back passenger window motor as it was necessary. $1400 and 2 weeks later it is fixed, but now the back passenger door won’t lock but I’m not going back. I had to call to see if they received the part as I wasn’t notified and 2 weeks had passed. I also needed a ride home and back to pick up my car when the work was completed. The ride home was done with no issues. When I was told my car was done, in a text, I called and let them know, again, I needed a ride to the dealer and was told it’s out of their range. Really? The ride in the morning was exactly the same mileage. I was told they can’t have the shuttle driver out on one call for an hour. She was at my house in 15 minutes and it took just over that to get back to the dealership. And it took me 12 minutes to return home. Not an hour. This is really bad customer service and I will not be having them do anymore work nor will I ever purchase a vehicle here.

I had a very good experience, the whole team supported the process professionally and politely with no push at any time.
