Excelet daily driver

by 72Satellite from Madison, WI | January 10, 2021

I just got into a 2021 Durango R/T and love it as a daily driver. I traded in a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I did like that vehicle a lot and had it for 8 years. Before that it was 8 years with a Jeep Cherokee 2 door XJ, manual transmission. Solid axles are really tough but do not offer the smooth ride of independent suspension. That combined with the extra space and fact I can get a Hemi lead me to this choice. It gets the same or 1 mpg better than the Wrangler and has so much power! The ride quality is excellent and the updated dash/infotainment system is great! It's a huge leap forward from 2008. I plan on having this as long or longer since it is such a wonderful vehicle. In fact it may turn into a vehicle I don't want to trade away ever and keep as a future classic to sit next to my 1972 Plymouth Satellite Sebing Plus.

We shopped around for the car for a week after searching online and it’s exactly what we wanted. Captain chairs, the new infotainment system and all.
