Rocky Mountain Yeti’s service department is superb! I bring all my vehicles here because the team fully checks them over, keeps me informed of necessary work and upcoming routine maintenance and does the job well. Floyd oversees all this and is the first person I call when work needs to be done for my Jeep or Ram. His attention to detail and problem-solving is the best!

Just wanted to write and Thank Justin Grenier from Rocky Mountain Yeti in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This guy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the F250 truck I purchased,First of all the alignment was a little off and he made sure his guys properly aligned the truck before driving it off the lot, another thing is the truck didn't have a lift jack so he made sure he got me one before leaving Jackson hole, was very friendly and addressed all my questions and concerns, very professional. Would definitely go back to him for my next vehicle, Thanks Justin Grenier !!!!!

"Service Transmission" Error and awesome service
We drove our 6 month old 2020 Jeep Willys from Phoenix to Jackson to spend a few days in the Tetons and Yellowstone. The day before were were to drive back we switched from 4-Wheel to 2-Wheel and the error lights started flashing and a 'Service Transmission' warning came on. We called RMY to see if they could take a look right away. They said they were booked with repairs for 2 weeks, but could check the Jeep computer now, if we hurried down there. They took it back and found the error was a minor 'sequence of shifting' error and reset it in minutes. No Charge! They just explained that with the newer Wranglers, we should shift from 2 to 4 and back to 2 while in Drive or Reverse, and not put in Park first. Jesse Fretag was very helpful and polite!
