Update- They agreed to pay for the repair Please Beware!!!! I have been an avid customer for years buying 5 vehicles. They have a new sales manager named Andrew Sonnenberg. So heres what happened i have 6000 miles on new vehicle. Was having constant battery problems. Local Ram Dealer did battery draw down test on vehicle. It was found to be an aftermarket GPS Lo Jack device that was installed on vehicle that went bad which was draining my batteries. I had no clue there was an aftermarket gps installed on my new vehicle. So warranty would not cover because it was an aftermarket part that was installed that I wasnt aware of. So had to pay 500 dollars labor because stellantis wouldn't cover because of aftermarket parts. I contacted One Automotive Ram in Eau Claire. They didnt return call which is their policy same business day. They will not reimburse me the 500 and blaming it on dealer that they received it from. I have filed complaint with the BBB and the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. Wanted others to know check your vehicles and make sure you dont have aftermarket GPS device your unaware of. Will never buy another vehicle from this sales group, they have lost my business

Eau Claire Chyrsler is by far the best Dealership I have
Eau Claire Chyrsler is by far the best Dealership I have been to in serveral years. This Dealership exceeds my expectations, on Qualiy, Customer Service and Price/cost. Nate is just a really nice person, as are all the technical folks that check me in and service my van. I thank you for this service, as I have a long trip ahead of me in all sorts of weather and road conditions. I know my van will perform very well. I am heading to Missouri and then Long Beach California. The Van performs very well in all conditions. The only challenge is is the interaction of my Iphone, Bluetooth , Carplay as at times it does not work at all. I know that this is not a Dealership issue, but rather a Chrysler programing problem...the problems are annoying when I close all connection with the van, however the van is worth the challenge. Thank Nate and everyone that supports me at the Dealership
