It’s hard to get an appointment with the service
It’s hard to get an appointment with the service department because they don’t answer the phon. I had to drive down there to make the appointment.

Simple oil change, usually $100-$150.
Simple oil change, usually $100-$150. Not informed that price basically doubled in the past year. Went to pay at counter to find out my simple oil change just cost me $273.88 !! Since service was already completed I was given no choice except to pay. Will not return for any reason.
