In a business with a largely undeserved reputation for sleaziness, Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM is doing its best preserve that reputation. In my six-plus decades on this earth I've never experienced a disappointing interaction with a business like the one I had with this dealership. I was in the process of negotiating for a used car that was on their web site but wouldn't be delivered to their lot for two days. I'm long distance from the dealership. The sales manager I was working with said he would call me the moment the car arrived in two days and that I was at the top of his list. The next day he was off. The car arrived one day early. When I learned, a few hours after its arrival, that it was on the lot they already had someone local with interest heading to the dealership. They sold it to the local. The sales manager never returned my call, where I hoped to plead my case. I'm about to move to nearby Sterling, VA. Once I'm there I will do my utmost to spread, by word of mouth, a loud warning to avoid this unprincipled dealership.

Like the dealership enough to have purchased my second
Like the dealership enough to have purchased my second vehicle from them. The real character showed when a problem surfaced with the title. Their CFO and William Granby took swift action to get it corrected. William even hand carried the paperwork through DMV! Needless to say, I'll give them a call when we are in the market for another vehicle.
