Great service, reasonable prices. The buying process was quick and simple, hassle free and no pressure from sales staff to purchase. I’d recommend buying from Rutland Subaru

Years ago we leased from Kinney. We recently saw they had a used vehicle (2017 Audi A3) we were very interested in, so we decided to return. We were told the price on the car was the sticker on the window, even though I had seen it on their dealer site for approximately a couple thousand less. When we looked at the car we found a small gouge on the rear bumper, a crack in the windshield and scrapes under the front air dam. Our salesman was new, but friendly and personable. Unfortunately, he lacked authority to make any decisions. He went to his boss who said the price I saw online was the price and that the damage was "priced in." There was no room for negotiation otherwise they would take a loss. He disappeared and went to someone else to double check about the price. Of course he came back and the price remained the same. We thanked them for they time, left and went to Nashua NH where we bought a different A3. We wasted about two hours at Kinney before we went to NH where we bought a car with fewer miles, with no damage, for less money.

All aspects of this dealership were great! As a first time buyer from Kinney I found them courteous and very informative. Although I have never had good experiences with dealerships this one is a keeper! I will be using Kinney Subaru for a long time to come!
