Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, they were not pushy and gave me a better deal on the parts for my Ram then what was listed online for Mopar.

We picked up our Dodge Neon after 2 weeks in the service department for an overheating issue only to get 20 miles down the road and have it overheat again. We called them to let them know we were broken down on the side of the road in 100 degree weather with a 3 year old and they pretended that they we're going to help us out initially. We paid them $460 to replace the thermostat, radiator, radiator cap and bleed the lines out. This was obviously not the problem. After being told they would take care of the problem and get us in a rental they changed their mind and left us high and dry 80 miles away from home. We had the car towed to another Dodge dealer 5 miles away and it is sitting there because this company took all of our money and we don't know what to do now. to top it all off they sent us off with a dead battery we had to replace (another $109) and the tech there used all our gas test driving the car out and didn't have the decency to replace it. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

In 2001, I Bought a 1997 Grand Caravan with known recalls and issues. They told me there were no issues. Months later I have to replace the clock spring twice(recall item) and they would not repair. Airbag light was on and did not shut off until I had it reset. They told me that was normal and OK. 6 months after I bought it I had to replace the whole brake system front and back which they passed on safety inspection in their garage. These guys would not stand behind their product and did not offer a warranty. I eventually let it go back to the bank as it was falling apart and too expensive to repair. I will never buy from them again nor recommend them either.
