I recently had a great experience with the service department at this dealership. Service Advisor Charles Hewtty is an absolute gentleman—professional, transparent, communicative, and very friendly. I highly recommend Charles as your service writer every time. As someone who works with mechanics in my own company, I can confidently say that Charles is the real deal. However, I can't speak for the sales team, as I think there’s room for improvement on that side. Big companies often don’t have the time to sit and wait for hours inside the dealership to cut a deal. I believe Steele needs to think outside the box and evolve to better cater to the needs of larger businesses. Overall, my experience with Charles Hewtty in the service department was exceptional, but I hope to see improvements in the sales process to match the same level of professionalism.
