STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT
I'd give the service department ZERO stars if I could. I brought my Cherokee in on a Monday. Unlike when I made the appointment, I was told the car couldn't be looked at until Wednesday and it would be $179 to run diagnostics. I called on Thursday since no one called me and was told my car hadn't been touched but it would be and I'd hear back by 5. I called on Friday since no call back and was told they still hadn't looked at my car. At 4:15 on Friday I got a call that my car was ready but they found nothing. They never diagnosed it. They just let it sit there all week. Communications were terrible. I had always taken my car there for service - but NEVER again. They are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Stay away.

They have soooooo many people waiting it look like a hospital emergency room. They advertised a car online and refuse to giv same price in person
