I had a great experience!
I had a great experience! Elizabeth was friendly and patient with all my questions. She let me and my husband go to the back to view the issues found with my jeep and the technician explained everything while showing us. I dropped off my jeep on a Saturday and by Monday it was ready! From start to finish it was a great experience, if I could give more stars I would.

Elizabeth Polacios in the Service Department is the very best representative I’ve seen in over 5 different dealerships in 5 different states. She displays responsibility, accountability, respect, courtesy, friendliness, and always keeps me updated on the stages of service my car is in. I hope to have her assigned to me every time I bring my car in for service. I was asked if I would be interested in purchasing a new car. I replied that I will not purchase a new car or truck from Dodge until they reduce their prices. Prices are out of control. However, the service center at this dealership is the best!
