Wright Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

WOWIE ZOWIE! What can I say! Being wheelchair bound always adds an additional layer of concern that a job is done properly, efficiently and timely. All were accomplished to my satisfaction last Saturday. My driver side window experienced a broken cable and was stuck in the down position. I called Wright and was told that service was open til 6:00pm on Friday's. I pulled in at 5:30pm and was greeted by Cameron. "How are you today Mr. Philp"? I asked how did you know it was me? She replied, "Your windows down". Daa. After transitioning to my Wheelchair and disconnecting the hand controls the van was theirs. Saturday morning I was notified that they had found the part they needed. Had it picked up and the job complete by 2:00 that afternoon. The van was delivered to me (a great asset!) all washed up and clean. Great job to all!! Also a follow up call by Cameron is a nice touch. Kudos to all!

I been doing business with Wright dodge ever since they opened and they are the best. Jeff Baker and his staff are awesome. The service department is great and always takes care of my vehicles . I would not buy my vehicles anywhere else. Just wanted to say thank you for treating me so well and taking care of me. I really appreciate it.

My family has always bought vehicles from this dealership, but I have been very disappointed with them over the past couple of years. First, I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them several years ago. IT was a great car, but it threw a code once and had to go into the shop. After it went into the shop, it was constantly in and out of the shop. They never did fix the problem. It got to where it would be out of the shop for just a couple of days before throwing the code again. Either the car was a lemon or the service department just never could fix the problem. When the car went out of warranty, I had to get rid of the car. My husband also has a truck that he purchased from the dealership. He recently had issues with the truck. When he called, they initially told him that it might be covered under warranty so he had it towed in. After they had it there, they told him that no brake issues were covered under warranty. They had to have known this before when he called, but they failed to tell him. We would have never had the truck towed to the dealership if it wasn’t going to be covered under warranty. Then the service department tried to charge us a little less than $1000 to fix the issue. When my husband called a store to check on the price for the parts that needed replaced, he found out that it would just cost around $200. The service department tried to tell us that all these different things needed to be replaced. My husband called a local repair shop, and they said that half of the stuff didn’t even need to be replaced. The service department was just trying to take more money from us. Then the service department told us that we had to pay $300 just for them “looking” at the truck because we chose to have the repair done somewhere else. We used to always purchase vehicles from this dealership, but these situations have been disappointing. We have never had any issues with the actual sales people, but the service department has been disappointing. They have cost us unnecessary money and time, and I don’t know that we could buy another vehicle from them. After all, it is important for us to be able to trust our service department and we do not trust the service department here.
