False Advertisement
Was interested in getting a vehicle since I’m a firm believer in buying local to support the businesses in town and saw an ad for a Jeep on their website so I came in to ask to see the Jeep and they said they wouldn’t honor what the website price was and it was a mistake and was told by the manager that they wouldn’t sell me the Jeep at that price. Bottom line is my family has bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and is safe to say we shall never purchase from them again!!!! False Advertisement!!!!!!

Took in for 1st oil change Friendly fast service and offered oil change package. Had questions about warranties and dealership rep Dede answered all my questions even walked to me my car.

Oil change due
Oil change was due.call jeep dealership in corpus ( Lithia chrysler ) they told me a 3 hour wait.called next day same thing 3 hour wait.found love jeep in Alice we called they said come on in no wait we drove from corpus to alice.what a great group of guys treated Us like valued customers even tho we bought the jeep in Mich. We will drive out of our way to go there again as long as we are in Corpus Christi thanks to Mac McCarley.Now thats what we call customer service .
