Bought a new jeep with an added package.
Bought a new jeep with an added package. I was very disappointed when I received my jeep and noticing the package wasn't what I was offered. I complained and never received 100% what I was told I would get. The changes that could be made were made and the workmanship from the second company was very poor. I complained again and it was sent to a different company to finally get resolved. I felt my salesman never had my best interests in mind and was just out to make a quick buck. Ultimately the sales manager got involved and managed to get everything taken care of. Also, the salesman needed to be better familiar with the Jeep vehicles in my opinion. I would not return in the future for another purchase. Unfortunately, the trust factor is gone.

We may be new in Jackson but we've been making friends in the car business for over 50 years. We are located on the 45 Bypass and our entrance is the same as the one to St. Mary's Catholic Church."
