Harper Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge Fiat

I took my Jeep in for service to repair an oil leak, broken seat latch, and a TPMS sensor that was non-op. They not only repaired everything I had listed, they also pointed out an item I had wrote off as normal. This was also done in a very timely manner. Madeleine kept me well informed and there were no negative surprises. Many thanks for an easy, quick experience.

Even though I did not buy my current car from Harper Jeep, my husband bought his current car there and the experience was GREAT! When we took his car in for the first service, the service team & process was very enjoyable, so much that I am taking my vehicle there to get serviced for now on, even though it’s not a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge vehicle. Efram is so nice, courteous, and informative. I really enjoy his professionalism and level of customer service.

Efran is one of the best reps I’ve ever met. Honest, efficient, and very happy. Service was quick. On the other hand, The call I got a couple days later was disturbing. A lady from the dealership called me and told me to do this survey on the technician. She said to put all 5 stars because that’s how the tech gets paid. I know for dam sure that my survey is not standing between the tech and him getting paid. That’s just a straight up LIE.
