Good and bad review In July 2025 we were traveling with our fifth wheel and staying in Mitchel, SD for a week. Our truck displayed a message to have the DEF system serviced. I called Iverson Chrysler and they were able to squeeze us in the next day. They replaced our DEF Pump and fixed the problem. That is where the good part ends. I mentioned to the service adviser that the pump should be under an extended warranty from Chrysler due to an emissions recall. He checked and said no it wasn't. Later I checked the paper work I had received from Chrysler and it showed the DEF pump was under warranty. I submitted a reimbursement claim to Chrysler, They approved the reimbursement and sent me a check for $2386. Also we told the service adviser that the truck was making a high pitched screeching noise when driving and accelerating. Supposedly their expert diesel mechanic drove our truck and said all noises were normal. We knew that it wasn't. Later at another service shop, it was diagnosed that we had a cracked intake manifold. The manifold was replaced and we no longer have the noise.

On our family road trip, our plug-in hybrid minivan had some major issues. Iverson got us in right away and did their best to sort everything out. They were good with communication and had a loaner for us to borrow while we waited for the work to be done. While the fix didn't work in the end, they were kind enough to offer us half of our money back. If we were local, we would have had them finish the job. They asked us to let them know how the repair goes in our hometown so they can use that knowledge next time they see this sort of issue with a plug-in hybrid.
