My son bought a 2022 Ram 1500.
My son bought a 2022 Ram 1500. Been in the shop for almost a month with no answers. Changed the NGU and water pump. Problem got worse. Waiting for a new NGU but got the wrong part No guarantee it will even solve the issue. Gave us a rental with no seat belts and charged us 85 dollars in gas. No answers no help. Waiting for an arbitrator now. Terrible my son has a big loan and no truck. We are not satisfied!! They should stand by their vehicles.

Purchasing a new car had felt stressful at other dealerships I visited, but here I truly enjoyed the process from start to finish. Richard Ruggiero was amazing throughout the entire process—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. Stephen Lawrence, the manager, took the time to thoroughly explain all promotions and rebates and helped me choose the vehicle that perfectly met my needs, without any pressure. When it came time to finalize everything, Peter Santoro walked me through each step of the financial process and worked hard to make sure I received the best deal available in the market. Nothing felt rushed or confusing. After the purchase, Richie went above and beyond by taking the time to show me all the features of the truck. He even adjusted my seat and pedals and set up my favorite radio station, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve had. I highly recommend Tasca Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat Johnston and especially Richard, Stephen, and Peter to anyone looking for a smooth, honest, and enjoyable car-buying experience.
