Bergey's Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

STAY AWAY OR ATLEAST CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE BUYING. Dealer sold me vehicle (CPO) with bad tires. Tread looked good at first glance but on closer inspection - the wear was uneven on parts of the tread and even certain parts of the sidewall. Made a loud noise at low speed driving, unfortunately didn't hear it during the test drive with the radio and A/C on + not really focusing on it. Called dealer after purchase to see if they can work something out. salesman just kept telling me 'Well the car passed our inspection'. Of course it did, your own techs won't admit it needs a new tire because that's a detriment to YOU. the only thing the DMV cares about is the emissions because that data is SENT TO THEM. Called several times to try to work something out - but every time, they gave me the impression that they don't want me to call anymore. just giving me 'Go kick rocks' attitude. Waited for a manager to call me back for days with no follow-up, won't even bother anymore because I know the manager is just going to tell me to kick rocks in a more 'managerial way' I ( and everyone else that buys from a CDJR dealer ) take a big gamble with reliability when buying Stellantis products, the least they can do is work with you when you encounter problems on a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE. I do love the vehicle when it works flawlessy ( Grand Cherokee L Summit Reservice ) even though it has a couple electronic problems, but I didn't even mention those issues to them because I was only concerned about the tires. Bottomline, stay away from this dealer and all their subsidiaries because they are just absolutely crooks. Better yet, stay away from any Stellantis vehicle until fix themselves up. If you do decide to bite the bullet here, make sure you go over everything with a fine tooth comb. because once the dealer is done with you and have your money - they will not care. It's people like this that make buying a care a literal hellscape.
