If I could actually select a zero, I would. We brought my car in for service. They told us we had to replace a part and they’ve held my car for six months and they just keep telling us the part has not arrived. They only offered us a rental for four days. I’ve spent thousands in rental fees, they never communicate or call with an update. No one‘s ever available for any information. They’re the absolute worst dealership in the state of Pennsylvania. Do not buy a car from this place or take your car here for service. Fred Beans is a horrible brand and I will never buy a car from them again

VERY UNETHICAL!
VERY UNETHICAL! BEWARE! Was confirmed with a deal multiple times by various employees. Was given a breakdown of deal ahead of time as well. When I showed up they played dumb and asked me how I got these numbers even though it is on Fred Beans letterhead! They played games and made me drive an hour each way. It is clear to me this was the plan all along. AVOID WITH A 50FT POLE!!!!

have always thought that FRED BEANS was hard to deal with after Mike in the service department left. But for the last few months, since August to be exact, FRED BEANS of Doylestown has had my car. The issue lies within the warranty company ultimately, but FRED BEANS of Doylestown has done nothing to accommodate or help me in the situation. They take a week on end to respond to the warranty company which delays my answers. They also removed my motor without letting me know how much it was going to cost, claiming that it was going to be covered under warranty. When it wasn’t covered, they came up with a number of $2500 to put the motor back in my vehicle. Nowhere was this documented (or signed for) and now I am responsible for it. I will have to get a lawyer and the BBB involved. Unfortunately for FRED BEANS, I am in need of a new car and will never again purchase a vehicle here again. I have made sure I told everybody that I know the service that I have received from FRED BEANS. Bob McGrath and Jeff Reeb have not been accommodating or helpful. They have an “I don’t care” attitude. Because I’m a girl, they think that they can talk to me and belittle my knowledge of vehicles. It’s a disgrace. I would think a big corporation like FRED BEANS would try to accommodate better in hopes of promoting additional sales. But I guess they have other agendas.
