Ron Lewis Cranberry service department is horrible. They have lied about appointment dates and times refusing to service the vehicle when they told me to bring it in. They don’t work on the vehicle for the scheduled service date and expect you to leave it there for another day. Vehicle dropped off at 8:30 am and didn’t even get to it until 3:30 in the afternoon when closing at 5pm. Caught the service advisors lying 3 times on why the vehicle wasn’t serviced. Service manager said that he wanted to make it right but offered nothing. Tried 4 times to work with them just to get lied to about why vehicle wasn’t ready or even looked at. Got them to put the new tires on but wasn’t ready when told it would be. After waiting another half hour couldn’t leave because the tire pressure monitoring system was going off. Service rep said it probably only needs driven. We all know that in this cold weather that won’t work. So they didn’t check to see if tires had the correct pressure. I know someone else who had the same horrible service and lying about getting the vehicle done. Would never purchase a vehicle there or take it in for service. They had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule to finish what I brought it in for 3 times already.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. They had my car for five weeks and were unable to fix it. They offered to buy the car from me at a rock-bottom price. To make matters worse, I had to drive 2.5 hours to their location to sign over the paperwork, because they indicated it would need notarization, however, there was no notary there when I signed the paperwork. Adding insult to injury, they made me pay the balance of the repair costs, even though the car was not fixed and they were buying it from me. I waited an hour for the paperwork to be completed, only to find that they had spelled my name wrong on every single form. The entire process was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete lack of respect for my time and money. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Their customer service is disorganized, and they seem more interested in profiting from your misfortune than providing an equitable solution. Avoid at all costs.
