I have been searching the entire Midwest for this exact
I have been searching the entire Midwest for this exact truck. I started chatting with Charlie via text and agreed on the price. I asked Charlie if he could hold the truck since I was coming two and a half hours away to take a test drive. Charlie was great throughout the entire process and even agreed to keep my car there till I got back from picking my son up at Ft Gordon. He even told me to let him know when I'd be coming to pick the car back up, and he would ensure the snow is cleared off and it is warmed up and ready to go. I would recommend Charlie and the entire crew at the South Hills dealership, definitely one of the easiest car dealerships I have ever dealt with. Steve C, Newark Ohio

There were some communication deficiencies, but overall
There were some communication deficiencies, but overall the deal was good and the finance person did a good job. The vehicle appears to be excellent. Some education on the vehicle itself, and on getting set up with Jeep Connect would have been very helpful.
