The journey started at the beginning of the year then the pandemic hit. I made numerous inquiries to dealerships on line. A few got back to me but our relationship quickly ended when they didn't have the vehicle I wanted. Greg at Courtesy kept in contact with me and kept trying to find the vehicle I wanted and when he did, I also got an incredible deal. I will buy from him again!

Had a scheduled appointment to view a new 3500 series truck, the salesman never showed up, he was on his way to Pittsburgh? There were no 3500 series trucks available at the dealership even thought I was told there was.
Tried to buy a 2016 Hellcat

This is the most unprofessional, unreasonable dealership I have EVER dealt with! This is coming from a person that purchases several vehicle a year for a business. I was interested in a 2016 Hellcat this dealer had on the show room floor, and planned to trade in my 2012 Challenger with under 2,000 miles on it. No one at this dealership would call me back or help me at all. The sales manager wouldn't even talk to me while I was at the dealership to see the car. I have tried to purchase almost 6 vehicles from this same sales manager, and he can never put the deal together. I will never shop at this dealership again.
