The service department was great!
The service department was great! Found some issues and wanted to fix them but can't get a response from upper mangament not happy with the personal service. The sales and initial setup was pleasant. The after the buy" issues" with the vehicle have not been addressed and cannot seem to get anyone to talk with us!

Don was my service manager and took care of me very well , ensuring my service was completed in the time specified with all services completed perfectly. During my visit Lyndsey stopped by to show me two vehicles my wife is interested in and will probably end up purchasing in the near future.

Communication not their strong suit, I wasn't kept
Communication not their strong suit, I wasn't kept informed about repairs and my service adviser only answered his phone when I went through the operator. I know of atleast once if not more times my jeep was pulled out of the shop and another vehicle put in it's place waiting on an answer from me or someone else thus adding to the repair time.
