The service department is very friendly and helpful. Although, I had my truck in twice for battery issues and a recall. The battery issue just happened again and I am at a loss if the $500 new battery was really the problem.

We had a great experience we broke down while on vacation
We had a great experience we broke down while on vacation 1000 miles from home. We were towed to Joe Cooper Dodge Jeff met us at door escorted us to service area where Khristy took our information and on few hours we were on the road. We can't thank them enough service team was great. Ps. It was Thanksgiving week
