Drove from Dallas to Norman to check out a jeep I was
Drove from Dallas to Norman to check out a jeep I was interested in and going to purchase. Some minor things needed to be corrected on the vehicle before I purchase. I found out it sold the following day. Checked the site today and it was still on the site. Reach out to the salesperson and was told it actually officially sold today. I was disappointed since I still had a chance. Oh well wish that was communicated to me. Thanks anyways. I don’t know if I see myself doing business with them in the future. **UPDATE** so browsing vehicles and I come across the same JEEP Wrangler Sport ( that I fell in love with) that the salesman’s Bailey sold me sold earlier this week. To make matters worse the price rose from $13,000 to $14,000! This is a total joke and very disappointed with this situation. I’m not sure if this dealership would be able to recover my business at all now. I’m all for second chances too.

Purchased a car that had a smoke smell, was told they
Purchased a car that had a smoke smell, was told they would remove the smell in a 4 hour treatment. Scheduled the appointment for Tuesday last week, get told thy havent got to it yet on Wednesday AND Thursday. No updates from the person who was our point of contact Jeremy. Friday we find out they are going to start the treatment that day, only after trying to reach out numerous times with no reply. Then Monday 6 days after I dropped the vehicle off it was ready at 6 PM. When I went to go pick the car up I noticed 2 glaring issues, The first one being we had dropped it off with a full tank of gas and had the mileage noted, now the vehicle had under half a tank and had been driven almost 120 miles. The second one being the spare tire in the cars boot had been swapped for a lower quality dirty tire. When I asked about it the rep Jeremy claimed he drove it 4 miles and he "has no idea about the tire or the gas"

I came up from the DFW area and had a great experience
I came up from the DFW area and had a great experience with the entire Team. The Used car manager took 2 of my cars as trade in's and gave us top dollar. My sales person Josh was fantastic with all of the communication back and forth via text and phone which made things very simple and easy. Lastly the finance manager was also fantastic. No high pressure just the things you might need for any future issues. Overall one of my best experiences in purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased over 20 new vehicles in my life.
