Their service sucks.
Their service sucks. If you need an oil change or a basic maintenance go somewhere else!

Wow!!
I will be posting a review by Friday at this time I feel that I was bullied for asking a question about my amount being financed. I was told that we could do the deal if they still had the vehicle Friday when I am able to get off of work. Even though I am approved?

After One Month And Still Not Fixed
My truck was at Vance for a month. That cost me over $900 for parts that guess what still is not fixed. I kept getting told it will be done tomorrow. To witch it never was. Picked it up on 01/31/22 and within 5 hours the CEL came back on, but yet they never could get it to come back on, no of course not because they just started it and let it set. I told them when I dropped it off the second time, that there was 1/2 tank of fuel and a pikepass use it. Go drive the xxxx thing and don't call me till it's fixed.. But by the picture I took of the miles when I dropped it off they did not even bother driving it. The guy Shane that answers the phone, well when he wants to. Has no clue what he is doing. Nor does he have a clue what is wrong with the vehicle. Getting him to return phone calls is impossible unless you go above him. When he does talk to you, he is talking at you not to you. He definitely should not be in the position that he is in. I personally was raised by a diesel tech, married a diesel tech and have a son that is a diesel tech so I'm not stupid when it comes to vehicles. When I tell you what is wrong, how about you listen and not ignore me because I'm a girl. I told them what was wrong with my truck but yet it's still not fixed. So I still do not have a vehicle to drive... Not to mention the month without it and 900 waisted... Absolutely bull crap. The tech however, Jason. He is amazing and so so understanding and listens and answers questions. But his hands are tied thanks to Shane. Unfortunately he can not do what he needs to do to fix vehicles he has to do what the guy who has absolutely not a clue whatsoever.. I will not be using this place again until they get someone else in service that actually knows what they are doing and talks to customers like normal and not above them...
