North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Brought in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler for the "death rattle". It is still under warranty so I assumed it would be perfectly okay to bring it to North Olmsted CJDR to repair it. I was denied the available part because I did not buy it there. I called the dealership I bought it from who let me know that it's not okay to deny me if they had the part. And under my warranty I should be able to go anywhere. As of a result of this, I won't be purchasing a vehicle there in the future.

I bought a 2021 chevy silverado 1500 and never got my $3500 accessories . When i asked about the accessories they said there no such thing . I take my truck for service oil and filter change lost the engine hood insulation and the sticker for my oil change was never replaced worst service ever

I own a 2021 Jeep. It was having issues starting so i got it up to this dealership. i walked into the service department and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Wayne. He asked if a bought my Jeep there and i said no - immediately he responded "we wont work on your car" he instructed me to go back to the dealership I bought it from. He was rude and nasty and continued to repeat "you have to go back to the dealership you bought it from" I will NEVER return to this dealership and I want to be sure no one else has the same experience.
