The saleswoman (Lois)lied about the finance rate by which is quite a difference one pays in interest when financing. It was late and I waited around for a long time and wanted to be done with it so I with my child stayed working with them against my better judgment...their team simply wore me down taking so long devising a plan to screw me financially I only later realized. It gets better...so after getting past the lie about the interest rate I was approved for, I still trusted this crew was on the up and up. However, only after a few days of looking closer at the paperwork (written up by Carmen in finance), I realized I was duped because the sale price of the vehicle we agreed to did not match the sale price with taxes added ( the first line on the contract) so they cheated me over 1000 dollars there as well. I really don't know how these people sleep at night (sales, finance woman, and sales manager). And during such a difficult time for most right now! Wow!! I believe in karma though and I have learned from this... to simply not believe a word a car sales team tells you! Check the paperwork then check it again people! ! It was late and everyone wanted to get out of there when I purchased a used vehicle from this crew so I felt pressured in a sense and should have walked away and came back rested, fed and more alert to the slime ball tactics this team used on me... basically they robbed me by not ensuring the paperwork was accurate for the sale price we had agreed to...since sale price of vehicle is not listed alone on the paperwork you sign, and rather combined with state and local taxes, I did not pick up on the amount being incorrect. I trusted they would have gotten the numbers right as this is their job and what they do day in and day out, right? But for this team its about using deceitful practices and clearly pure greed is their motive once they have you where they want you. I will never EVER buy from them again and I would tell anyone planning to shop there to be very cautious and make sure you do not become their next victim! Shameful people and I'm sure they do this all the time to trusting customers. This is a dealership you should simply avoid!

Had a appointment to look at a car, was not greated when I came in, was told that the vehicle was sold, even though they had been bugging me to come look at it, they are blatantly racist , oh well it affects their commission, not mine, trust me when I say that someone else will be more than willing to work with me.

I just purchased my new jeep, I was unsure what I wanted my salesman Kyle Dooley was awesome he was very knowledgeable, he helped me pick the right one for me I love my new jeep will definitely buy from here again
