So here I am back, i previously left the review regarding a very unprofessional an very poor experience with the Mazda service dept.at Brunswick Auto Mart back on Jan 3, 2026. No resolve on that one even after owner reached out. So I had an incident on 1/23/26, driving home from work as normal and Malfunction Brake System comes on the dash, bright red diging, the alert itself tells you to pull over. But I continued for a short distance., I was close to home.I made it. I immediately called Brunswick 5:02pm, service department open til 6pm, i nearly called 10x's, the phone would ring so long.It would eventually just stop and hang up, calling back two times I got female operators but as soon as you said i had a service ,they just transferred you. Took me nearly 30 mins. Got an op to answer, Noma 5:35pm i explained I wanted to talk to someone I asked & stated, i didnt want to be transferred to a dead line or voicemail or anything other than a person, she said she would call to hang on and she would come back. She, in fact, did said there were 2 individuals.They were both assisting customers , but that I would get a call back, i clarified that night? She said yes, I asked, did she get my # off the caller id for I never gave it to her.She read the # back to me and I said yes, it was my #. 6:26pm, nothing. Not suprised!! I immediately emailed Mike Deluca whom.I've had email exchanges with for my past poor experience. I explained all my again frustration with such shameful service and customer care. 7:02am next morning, he emailed me back , said he was out of town but he had alerted the service dept. and if I could please take my car there. Well, I guess the car is safe to drive.I mean , it takes me 13 miles to get to the service dept?!? Alert dinging, all the way. I did go, was there after 8am, i appreciated that they allowed me to bring the car , but after about 45 mins, came out to tell me that, i needed new brakes and a flush. I truly hate being insulted. Here's why I say, 1/3/26 involvce 830638 mileage 33,363, from my oil change nightmare, my front an back tires a 5, everything checked in green. i was told 3ish, start looking to change. Now my initial thought could have been the cold weather , the censor, etc. Fast forward.1/23/2026 invoice 834976 mileage 33,953, now I'm a 3 an 4 an a red on brake fluid and a cabiln filter, what!!?! I call..Now that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Look at the #'s an 21 days? Then told $1365 , but Ken would shave some off labor to $1300. Absolutely not. He wanted to hand me the invoice with no info on it.But his numbers of the brake job. I asked that everything and all be documented from mileage etc. Again, just because I dont specialize in automotive.Doesnt make me any less intelligent to common sense. On this visit, I also asked about my driver's side wiper.Being looked at because washer fluid was shooting out the side. Big old drama over it , claiming that that sometimes happens when you scrape with the ice scraper. Problem is I don't scrape my windows and a car.Dealership should know what a Snow Joe is. I heat my car up before driving. And I use a Snow Joe. Made a bigger issue out of that than really what the purpose of the visit was. Again , very poor unprofessional lack of caring for customer service. I contacted Mike Deluca back after 2 and a 1/2 hours. Maybe at the visit. He emailed back said he would look into it on Monday. That was a week ago , and I heard nothing so that in itself the silence , the lack of effort it speaks volumes. Sure , as i've said , i'm only one customer of 1000's, nothing to a big business. Shameful and very disappointing And ironically, ive had no alerts come on but was told I should due to the condition of brakes an low brake fluid. So am I safe?.Was something reset or shut off?? How could I possibly trust these individuals, oh maybe how they handle their situations..in silence and avoidance?
