The sales person we worked was very eager(pushy) to sell us a car. He asked if we were trading in... to which we replied not at this time. He said that was okay. Then he asked if we had our own financing. I said we did unless they have a great deal. (They are getting paid regardless so who cares) well they do apparently. He said well if you don’t go with us just add 300 to the price of any car here. Now I wasn’t born yesterday. So your gonna penalize people who have their own financing. That’s wrong. But your lot your rules. My money my rules. My friends dad owned a car lot through retirement so I know the tricks from them. First off car dealers make money by getting you to finance with the bank as they act as the middle man. Banks then pay the dealership a bonus for being a customer to them. This varies but I have a good idea how much and yes it’s more than 300.,we’ll apparently Wally Armour things the bonus should be guaranteed on every car. So to make sure you finance with them they charge you more if you don’t. Like I said it was $300 more if we go with our own financing. He insisted on ridding with us during the test drive. He did answer all of our questions but one when I asked about the warranty he wasn’t sure about that. After my wife and I both drove the vehicle we went inside (just to look at the numbers, per the salesman). To my surprise there was (NO) wiggle room. We are a one price shop. I was told this line several times. Again that’s fine your lot your rules, my money my rules. Anyways the salesman got through his theatrics and gave us a price. I said okay well think about it. I mean it’s been awhile since I bought a car but you would’ve thought I said the sky was falling. He couldn’t believe we didn’t want to buy a car after a 29 minute test drive. Or in my mind a monthly cost for the next 5 years. I go we just don’t make decisions this fast we need more time. I got the famous, we understand that but can’t make any promises this car will still be here. I go that’s fine I’m sure I can find another one. I then I got the line about what will it take for you to buy this today. (Obviously a lower price) but I didn’t say that I just repeated we have to talk it over. He asked if he could call me Monday I said that’s fine. So they call Monday asking what we decided. I go we like it but found another call same options 20k less miles only 300 more. Now I’m not sure how you drive but 20k miles is like 3-4, years for us. I will gladly pay 300 more. 20k less miles. I go that is unless you can lower the price. Well I’m not surprised I got the same line we put our best price on the window bs company line. He goes are you sure it has the same options? Yes I replied it does. I go it’s also hasn’t been in any accidents were yours was in one. I go it makes zero sense to buy your at that price. Like a trigger I got the same one price bs line again from the guy. Clearly this place doesn’t negotiate which is fine. I didn’t buy from them either figure they must be doing really good not to need to. Good for them.

This was my first experience with Wally Armour. Dylan and Tim were very knowledgeable and helpful and I am very happy with my new Jeep. Will be back!

I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with Nick to get into the car of my dreams, Nick was such a pleasure and so patient in allowing me the time I needed to make decisions.
