F150 Under Favtory Warranty

Took F150 under factory warranty because it had began to smome (34,000 miles). They had truck for a month, always stating that they were waiting for a part (turbo). Could not give answer to when part would be in. Said truck would be OK to drive. Picked up and they said they would call. Over a week and never hears from them. Called and learned that the part had been received several days ago. Bring in Friday morning and we will get to that day they said. Was at work and could not make it by on Friday. Went to shop Saturday morning and WOW....truck in bay tore down and the tech that was working on not there. Over a month for a warrantu repair. Was considering making this delaership the pkace to service my F150 and my wifes brand new Jeep which was purchased from the dealership, but after service and treatment like this.....no way. Would have to offer a big incentive package to get my business now. GET MY TRUCK FIXED AND BACK TO ME AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN.
False Advertising

Was interested in a F250 and the price looked great until I spoke to a sales person. You have to qualify for every incentive to get the advertised price. Nobody qualifies for this. This to me is false advertising.

I brought my car in because I was having trouble with the phone syncing. Asked to speak to the technician before any repairs were done. they did them without letting b=me talk to the technician and charged me 144.45 and told me I could have done it myself. Called several times to talk to the Manager. When er finally talked he told be he worked at 5 dealerships so he is busy. Jerry the Manager said he would get back to me. That was on March 7th and I am still waiting. Never again. Will buy my cars elsewhere too.
