Stay away from this dealer. Still waiting for refund on overpayment on service. Been over 30 days. No idea on customer service. Worst car/truck purchasing experience since 1971

service will lie and mislead; be sure things are in writing because they will change their story. Make a lot of promises and then dont deliver. Then will get upset if you let them know how dissatisfied you are.

I bought a used Chevrolet Equinox from here on 5/31/2018. When I test drove it I heard a rubbing noise in the brakes. I told Devin ,the salesman , and he said the service department would fix it. When I picked it up I didn't hear a noise, 3 days later I heard the noise. I looked at it and found a broken clamp on the parking brake line. I made an appointment, which took about 4 days to be seen, and brought it in. They said they replaced the clamp, I even have a paper that said they replaced it. 3 days later I heard the rubbing noise again, I got down and looked same broken clamp. I called and Talked to Paul Uvanni the owner. He said to bring it in anytime next week to get it fixed. I brought it in on Monday and he took me to the service department and made another appointment. It took a week to get it in there. The day I took it in , They said it was repaired within 30 minutes, I looked under it and it wasn't fixed, back in the shop, an hour later they said it was fixed, I looked again nope not fixed , they put tie wraps on it. As I was waiting I noticed a coolant leak. So now They tell me they have to order the part but will look at the leak. They had to order the parking brake cable and a radiator. Now out of warrenty they tell me $377 to replace the radiator because I am 4 days out of warrenty. I agree and get the parking brake cable replaced for free. but the radiator was $60 over the price quoted. service Manager said he forgot to add tax and fluids on estimate. No he added enough to cover their cost for the brake cable..Well I will never go back and I do not recommend this dealership.
