Go elsewhere!!!! Very bad experience. They do not even know your name after purchase. They don't even know what they are selling either. Stay away!!!

Norwich Dodge is a small, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership in upstate New York. The dealership is run down and has a limited selection of new and used cars. The sales staff will tell you anything to get you to visit and make promises they have no intention of keeping. They were all nice and smiles until I tried to negotiate a competitive price for the car. Their behavior was very passive-aggressive. The bottom line is that these local dealerships think you should pay more for a car simply because they are local.
