Terrible sales manager

Goldstein advertises "we buy cars". I was told the appraisal would take 15 minutes. It took an hour. I found Kevin Scott, Sales Manager to be rude, condescending and dismissive. It was a waste of time.

I called this dealership to speak with the Sales Director Ed Serian about being contacted by one of his service reps who was asking me to pay for a service that I had won a coupon for resulting in a "no charge". The service rep either failed to attach my coupon to the repair order or failed to enter the correct code in the dealership system. Nevertheless, when I called to enquire as to what happened. The Leader of this establishment...the Director of the Service Department Ed Serian didn't appreciate my calling and "asking a question regarding how such an error could occur"....so much so, he began yelling, interrupting anything that I had to say, refuse to answer the question, kept telling me that I "knew what his rep was trying to say!". This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a LEADER. It was so bad, I had to tell him I was taping the conversation in an attempt to get him to stop yelling over the phone, and that didn't work. It wasn't until I stated that I was going to inform the owner of my experience that he managed to stop yelling. No one should ever be allowed to speak with ANYONE in the manner and fashion in which he engaged. I will never get work completed again from this establishment. If you EVER have an encounter with this person! Speak Up, let his boss know....let the owner know. If he engaged this way once, there is a good chance it's not the first time. His behavior impacts the reputation of the entire establishment...and frankly I don't know "Just How Important That Is To This Dealership". The Sales Department are FANTASTIC....but it takes consistency across the full spectrum...and to have such a Toxic Director on the management team can be disastrous...and why? because the behavior wasn't a mistake. It was purposeful and intentional. Never Again!

totally awesome buying experience !!! 5 stars for everything. Paul Wade was exceptional and great to deal with. Very impressed with the whole organization and service after the buying process .
