Not satisfied.
Not satisfied. Have brought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xE for service twice (1/24/25 and 1/14/26) regarding heating system issues. The car often blows cold air in cold weather. Last Saturday, we drove for 2.5 hours in 5 degrees Fahrenheit weather, and the cabin was only 43 degrees (confirmed with an independent thermometer). This is not only far too cold for safety and comfort, but the defroster was not working properly, and visibility was poor. It's a dangerous situation. On both service visits, this dealer said they could not reproduce the issue or that the system is operating as designed. Just had to escalate by contacting Jeep Wave Support. Hoping for a quick resolution.
