Discovered tires on newly purchased $40,000 vehicle were not capable. Upon request for action, nothing was even attempted to help out customer.

Hello, we appreciate your feedback and understand that tire performance is a significant aspect of vehicle satisfaction. Your vehicle passed a thorough inspection, including a tire check, before it was offered for sale. Before purchase, the left front tire was at 7/32, the right front tire was at 6/32, the left rear tire was at 6/32, and the right rear tire was at 6/32. To pass NYS inspection, tires need to be at 2/32. We also offered tires at our cost if you wanted to replace the ones on the truck, but you declined. While we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction, we cannot provide a tire replacement post-purchase due to personal preference. We appreciate your understanding and hope we earn back your trust in the future.
